Today is leap year in 4 years!
In Japanese, it is called as '閏年', here in English saying 'Leap year'.
This is what I learnt from fashion newsletters by email.
Most shops, especially, online store offers special price or even gifts only on the 29th of February, which is actually today! For example, 29p for the delivery instead of spending over £50 in usual, or 'If you spend more than £29, we are happy to give you a gift!'.
I think it's a good marketing strategy because these months are nothing really happening just after huge Christmas sale.
Tomorrow will be March so the vacation is coming soon.
